JOLLYTREE CHRISTMAS TREE DELIVERY — RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At JollyTree Christmas Tree Delivery, our goal is simple - we want you to have a great Christmas and a wonderful experience with our family business.

Because our products are fresh, farm-grown trees and wreaths, they are considered perishable agricultural goods.

If something isn’t right, please email us at care@cedargrovetrees.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement tree, partial refund, or store credit.

We stand behind the freshness and quality of every product we deliver, but please note:

  • Natural variations in shape, size, and color are normal for real trees and wreaths.

  • Once a tree is delivered and accepted, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to maintain proper care (fresh cut, adequate water, proper placement).

  • JollyTree cannot be responsible for damage caused by neglect, weather, or improper handling after delivery.

If a replacement or adjustment is approved, our team will coordinate the next available delivery or issue a resolution in writing.
