JOLLYTREE CHRISTMAS TREE DELIVERY - SHIPPING POLICY

At Cedar Grove Christmas Trees, we take pride in delivering your fresh, farm-grown Christmas tree conveniently, efficiently, and with care. The following policy outlines how we handle delivery, timing, and service areas.

Shipping Method

All JollyTree deliveries are made by our trusted local courier network or by Cedar Grove’s own trained delivery staff. Trees and wreaths are transported under conditions to preserve freshness.

Shipping Costs

Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within our active service areas of New Jersey, New York City Metro, and Central Florida.
No additional handling or service fees apply.

Delivery Schedule & Timing

At checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date.

  • We strive to deliver on your desired date whenever possible.

  • Weather, holiday traffic, or harvest delays may occasionally extend delivery, but rest assured our team is working 24 hours a day to process deliveries, especially during our peak, high volume rush.

  • Please note: our team often operates during nighttime hours throughout the busy season, so deliveries may occur late at night or early morning.

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

Delivery Conditions

  • No In-Home Services: Our drivers are not permitted to enter homes, set up trees, or perform in-home installations.

  • Drop-Off Location: Trees are delivered to your doorstep or a safe outdoor area at the driver’s discretion.

  • Apartments & Buildings: For apartment deliveries, we make a reasonable effort to place trees in accessible mailrooms, lobbies, or entry areas.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the tree is delivered to your property or designated area, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for trees lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

  • If community gate or building access codes are needed, please provide in the notes at checkout. 

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

  • New Jersey

  • New York City (five boroughs)

  • Central Florida — including Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, and surrounding areas

Please ensure your delivery address is within our service area before checkout.

Tracking and Notifications

You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is en route. Delivery times may vary due to seasonal traffic, route density, and weather.

Special Instructions

You may add notes or instructions during checkout (e.g., “leave by garage” or “place under carport”).
While we’ll do our best to honor reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee compliance with specific delivery times or exact placement preferences.

Agricultural Disclosure

All products delivered by Cedar Grove Christmas Trees are natural, farm-grown agricultural commodities. Delivery constitutes direct-to-consumer agricultural marketing, and products are handled according to the Florida Right to Farm Act (F.S. § 823.14) and related agricultural standards.
